After stripping your old balcony and removing the balustrades, it is important to let the first waterproofing layer dry completely. Renovating your balcony should be done in dry weather.

We will correct the possible defects of the dried out old insulation and waterproof it with a solution made from tarmac and fiberglass! When this dried the plastering works can start. For drainage purposes, the balcony must have a slope. The finished plastering is also reinforced at the corners and double-waterproofed. When thats dry, the tiling works can begin. The tiles we provide will not crack in sub zero temperatures and our adhesive is flexible. Tiling outdoors requires a lot of attention and has to be done prefectly in order to create complete moisture proofing. After the tiling is done, we fix the balustrades.
Every part of it is pre-manufactured accurately based on the detailed plan. Fitting the balustrades requires great care and precision. With us, the fixing will be solid. Our balustrades are reinforced by the wall on both ends to gain maximum stability.
